1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using deepwavetechnology.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by DeepWave Technology Limited, a private limited company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (CR No. 80237716).
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Site or its security;
- Attempt to access portions of the Site to which you have not been granted access;

The DeepWave name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of DeepWave Technology Limited. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DeepWave. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeepWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Site shall not exceed HKD 1,000.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DeepWave and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
